Quilt designer Nancy Rink presents this great scrappy look for THE COCHECO MILLS COLLECTION II, inspired by the American Textile History Museum, and designed by Judie Rothermel. It's also a great way to use fat quarters (see her FQ-friendly cutting layout!)
Designer Notes: From each of the fourteen fat quarters, you'll be cutting enough patches for two blocks. This will yield 28 blocks; the remaining two blocks are cut from the same red print that is used for the binding. Also, you will only need a total of 20 (G) patches, although the cutting directions have you cut 28.
