 For
more than three decades, enthusiasm, creativity and skill have been the
well-springs from which Michele D’Amore has been able to develop a
successful career in textiles. She began by designing a wide range of
printed fabrics for the fashion industry, and now for the quilting and home
sewing market.
Michele traveled frequently to mills both domestic and
abroad, allowing her technical expertise to evolve. This experience,
combined with a love of her craft and a passion for perfection, enables her
to maintain the integrity and detail she strives for in every collection.
Michele majored in fabric design at the Philadelphia
College of Textiles and Science. Upon graduation, she moved to New York,
where she now designs for Marcus Fabrics. |
