Judie Rothermel's(Schoolhouse Quilt Shoppe) new collection is inspired by her love for trees. "I am a true lover of trees, especially Christmas feather trees. A feather tree is just a simple tree with very sparse branches. I have collected them for many years. An antique version of a Christmas tree I would call it. I love the simplicity and old-fashioned appeal." As such, the palette of green, deep red and tan are combined in the tree motifs as well as gingham and plaid coordinates, perfect for the holidays and beyond. (Fun Fact: True Judie fans might remember the original release of Feather Tree, about 20 years ago!)
