Jeni Gaston loves to "open my scrap fabric bins and play with different block ideas. It reminds me of playing in my mother's large scrap bag full of garment fabrics to make doll clothes when I was little! With scraps I've collected over the past 30 years, I made a quilt called "Jeni's String Garden'' to use them up making string blocks into long rows for wool applique." The long rows of string blocks inspired the "convenience cloth" yardage in this fabric line. The coordinates are perfect for making scrappy blocks and borders to go along!
