LAUREL RIDGE

Lynn Wilder (Sewn Wild Oaks) explains her nature-inspired collection:

There is a beautiful and peaceful area close to my cabin called The Shenandoah Valley which is known for fertile land suitable for vineyards, grazing, wild flowers, and vistas of the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. The valley is rimmed with a few homes out on a ridge; I like to think of this as Laurel Ridge.   The homes look across the verdant green valley filled with a carpet of grape vines in orderly rows, to the snow-capped mountains bathed in the Sierra sun. It's a little piece of heaven that is graced by stars at night, and sunshine and warmth by day with great anticipation of the upcoming harvest.    

Lynn's fresh palette blends rose, spring green, sky and lilac on white.
